Can someone please help me with spectator mode cus i cant make it work, and can i remove the filter on UAV just for me or server?? T for answer

I have already done it but it doesnt help me.
I have edited in "mp common" but it's still there (uav filter).
and my other question was if i need to edit 'my' files or 'server' files and if i need to edit in mp common or map file (mp 00..)
