Disabled HP regen [For Admins]

Maybe some of server admins intresting to add one of bf2 feature - no hp regen.

This modification do not turn your server to hc mode with skull icon in server browser. All stay as softcore.

Unpack archive to Folder_with_server\dist\linux\levels and overwrite files. Better make backup of original files in mp_common and mp_common2 folders.

Yes, but you can't regen 'yourself over time'
