I can put Vietnam weapons in a normal server via startup-00?

Making a normal server with Vietnam guns? This is possible? I thought to myself "if I can put the M1 Garand via serverside (startup-00.fbrb), i can put a modified or make a startup-00.fbrb add the Vietnam weapons or replace some BC2 guns for Vietnam wepons"
