what dbx files do you have on the folder, on objects/vehicles/air/ah64?
i have 19 dbx files on my client
also check the folder textures/vehicles/ah64.
Check the server windows, it should tell you if you are getting some default textures, when the server can't find the material of one specific object, it sets a default material, sometimes this material is invisible, so check the server windows then "he" will tell you what material is in conflict. Check right after the map starts, when the ah64 spawns, it should tell you then what is wrong.
