It must be possible but the code structure is very diferent from bc2, i could extract some parameters but it is not enough to make the system to be consistent and fully functional; originally, jets on bc2 have an incomplete structure, so with some parameters we can't do much, we need to add a new complex structure to the jet file.
I am going to use b.f.1943 files, they are almost the same as bc2, then i can tweak the parameters to match the flying of a real jet, thanks for the suggestion.

To test it, use the extended map mod a put the jets' spawn point in a clear area. ;)

You should add a gear, better textures if able and find a map that has a road good enough to serve as a runway, also to expand the moving space in the map for it.
