ich habe jetzt heraus gefunden wo das Problem liegt.

Alle Dateien für den Server liegen unter dem BFBC2 Installationspfad. Somit greift der Server nicht auf die Dateien unter dem "..\Instance.." zu.

Wie bekomm ich jetzt hin, dass der Server auf das richtige Verezeichnis zugreift?

Öh, was machen die Serverdateien denn im Spielverzeichnis? o.O
Entpack den Server nochmal komplett irgendwo anders (wenn's geht die R34, die schon alles enthält) und prüfe dann nochmal was in Instance/AdminScripts/Startup.txt steht.
