Help with BC2CC and port forwarding

Hello guys,
I followed MDG's tutorial on youtube about setting your server up with BC2CC but it isn't working. First of all my router for some reason doesn't allow me to forward ports higher than 16383, I don't know how to get around that. If any of you has any idea on how to do it please let me know.
Second (which might be because of the first issue), I cannot connect to the server. It says server status Not connected in the BC2CC window. Now as for the window that opens when I run Frost.Game.Main.Final, it says Internal port [My PC name]: 0. It says the server is running on port 0.
I would really like to get a server up and running, thanks in advance!
