I've got my rank reset [Solved]

Hello!
Today I've been playing on different servers and experienced connection problems to Master server.
Last time when I've got disconnected with 'Master server connection lost' error I've noticed that my rank was reset to the 1st lvl.
Previously I've reached 27th (Chief Warrant Officer 3) lvl.
Could you, please, bring me back my stats and level?
My soldier name is the same as account name - EAGauss
