Hosting server

Hi im trynig to create my own server but there is a problem, my friends cant join it and in the server status appears this message:
TnT/Core/Streams/SocketStreamManagerTcp.cpp(61): "Main": Warning: Only localhost will be able to connect
Engine/Game/Server/ServerRemoteAdministration.cpp(77): "Main": Info: Remote Administration interface is listening on port localhost:19567
How can i resolve it? My ping is not 999 but 200
