Server No Reads map list.txt

Hello, I'm having problems with "maplist.txt" happens is that I define the maps, it, however when I open the server, it simply ignores the maps list, you enter another map, in this case he is not reading maplist.txt, anyone know how to solve ? (Yes I have restarted the server) without other tools (Procon / BFCC)
