The servers do not appear.

hello all, after making everything step by step: install the game, you have downloaded the patch installed eh R11 795 745, have installed the project roma and having registered. I meet with disappointment that no server appears and I wonder if they have any solution; I disabled my antivirus and firewall but nothing works.
