Problem with server hosting.

Hello. So, I am trying to put up a server of my own. I downloaded the server files, put the dinput8.dll file. The server went up and running fine. The only problem is that no one can enter my server except me, even though I forwarded the 19567 and 48888 ports (both TCP and UDP) on my router. I also forwarded my ports through the windows firewall. But still it shows "Conenction to the server has been lost" when my friends try to access the server. What could possibly be the problem here ?
