Is unbanning a thing?

If it is then I want some help regarding a ban for false reasons, my soldier is "Diego96" and the server is [B3]FUNSERVER Valparaiso 24/7. When I got less than 3 kills in rapid succession some admin thought I was hacking, my previous scores shown relatively high scores but average K/D, commonly using a medic with healing specs maxed.

I'd appreaciate your attention, this is one of my favourites servers for my favourite game, I love your work and wish I had money to donate.
Edit: By the way the server hosts have another page, I might complain there instead.
