Unable to connect?

unable to connect to EA servers the hook is installed and I sign in with my forum account and the server status page says people are playing yet when searching for a server to join it says "unable to connect to EA servers".

If it says EA Servers, then the hook isn't the latest or you probably haven't updated the game to the latest version
