cannot connect

i get this message ("the project rome master server seems to be unreachable...") while master server is online and i see players connected in status page. it happened to me while i played. my internet connection is good firewall doesn't block. so what is the problem?! i tried reinstall the game and there is no change... plz help!!

The Project Rome Master Server seems to be unreachable.
This means the server is down, you don´t Have an active internet
connection or your firewall is blocking the connection
