Hi guys, could u please send me the topic link if it ever posted before ? are there any more rules to host a server/s ? because all i know is u cant host a server with more than 1x exp

Are you having difficulty finding a slot on the multitude of current servers?

No its just that i wanted to make a server with high tickets, lets say around 1000 or 1500

Yes. Go play on EA servers until it is resolved.
