Venice Unleashed

Hi Im pretty knew to this game, but I've done lots of research on this issue on the internet but haven't found a fix. Anyways so when I try to login using my forum username and password on bad company 2 it says unable to login. I have the latest client hook and latest patch so I'm not sure why I can't login. If anyone knows how I could fix it that would be great thanks !

Oh yea and I forgot to mention I've seen a lot of other people with this issue, but some people seem to have got it working fine. If anyone who has the game working could help me try to reinstall it correctly let me know thanks since I really want to try this awesome multiplayer game.
