This morning when I opened BFBC2 my rank was restored from first sergeant 1 to private when I logged in. What is the reason behind this and how can this issue be resolved? Please look into the matter ASAP or drop in suggestions.

Try to delete "gamesettings" in your "DOCUMENTS/BFBC2" folder and then log in again..
