M1 Garand unlock

Hi can anybody tell me how can I unlock M1 Garand on project rome servers. I know how to unlock it on ea servers.

The server you are entering must have the required settings to allow you to use the M1 Garand.

I USED THIS WEAPON 2 TIMES WEHN I WAS RUSH VALPARAISO AND THEN I CANNOT SEEN IT
