Server Crash

Just had a new server crash which i havent seen before

Looks like it was caused by: [UTC 11/05/2014 09:41:07.738] Engine/Game/GameplayServer/Entities/Projectiles/ServerExplosionPackEntity.cpp(322): "Main": Warning: HasVehicleDetonation NOT IMPLEMENTED

is there any bug fixes for this or a way to prevent it crashing the server?
