The problem of nexus emulator

In my game i am trying to connect but it says "The Game cannot connect to project rome main server" I tried everything turned my antivirus and firewall off plus reinstalled the game. plus re created a player also re copied dinput8.dll. what can i do now? somebody please help. any help would be appreciated.
