Faild to Connect to Rome Master Server

So today i played BFBC2 everything was ok i was on a server and suddenly the connection was lost i tried to log in because it logged me off i click the soldier and ist starts loading the stats but then after 10 or 15 seconds it says "FAILED TO CONNECT TO PROJECT ROME MASTER SERVER" I tried to restart the game but nothing,I deleted the Game Settings.bin file and started it but with the same result so I wanted to ask is the problem by my or by you guys?

Master server sometimes go down, cuz some bug or hosting provider problems.. sh1t happens
