game diconnect without any reason

i had fixed this issue before 1 year ago , i don't remember what i have done

i back to game again and created another user so any suggestions

Why did you create another account is what I don't get.. also, the information you're giving is pretty blank. "I fixed it but I forgot how". That's it? No "I got the game this way" and "I installed patch..." or "I am using this OS or specs", or even a picture... anything that would be useful.

Wrong section and a look into this would have helped you way before...
