Problem launching game.

I have trouble launching this project. I bought a legit version of BBC2 on steam, but I want to try out this project. I cannot seem to get the game launching after copying the dinput8.dll. My bbc2 is fully updated from steam.
Do I have to use the patch linked on the site or can I just use the steam version or maybe I have to copy the game out of the default directory ?

Try to remove appcache folder in steam folder.

The problem is that Steam is using a different patch schedule than the retail versions.

Try to locate the R11 patch on Google and install it manually.
