how to change FOV in-game ?

Go to "My Documents"/BFBC2 and open Settings.ini

There you can change it.

FOV 90 doesn't really look well in BC2. You can try increasing it a bit by editing the file RobbingHood mentioned, but I wouldn't recommend setting it as high as 90.

For me everything below 80-90 gives headache and motion sickness
