Project Rome Client say it's outdated. But it is not (914)

Hello
wanted to play a round on nexus. but when i try to start BC2 i get this "out of date" message.
so i downloaded the last client file and tried again. but the error message stay. can not play at the moment.
is this a known problem?

Damn! Failure at copying the clientfile. Now it works
