[HELP] MSCVP100.dll error

i'm sorry with my bad english
i was try to download ProjectRome.b914 but i have problem with MSCVP100.dll, and i download it and put on System32 still cant opened game BFBC2,
so...i uninstall my BFBC2 and re-intall it, still not change, MSCVP100.dll still error, i try to fix it, still not working
please help meee,

i was try it, but my computer not support with (x64)
when i download (x86), still not working
it mean my computer must upgrade to x64?

Are you saying that you installed the x86 C++ package instead?

Is windows giving you an error code when you try to run BC2?

when i copy project room file in bfbc2 its shows this file is missing from you computer
