Hey guys, I am playing ROME since day 1. There was no problem till the latest update. Now game overloads the CPU and lags so much. And once game closed itself without an error.
What can cause this ?
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
C2D 2.0 ( p7350 Processor )
9600M GS
4GB Ram
Settings are low

Core 2 duo 2.0 p7350. I know it is old but there was no such problem before.
Updated the first post also.

Your cpu should be at least 3 times the power of your own for a smooth gameplay. New update did not increase "the load" on the cpu. When was the last time you played bc2? Maybe you forgot about lags? Otherwise I have no idea

I don't know the exact reason for the issue but yesterday i played a round after a longer time and the new update felt like a bit more "stuttering" than before.. maybe it's still related to the master server.
NoFaTe said that most issues are fixed but well.. Plasma is normally not related to your PC performance.

I find out why my game was lagging. We play the game in same room from same connection. When both of us connects to same server, older computer ( in this case mine ) lags! CPU overloads I guess because of trying to resolve packages ( ? maybe )
And another issue I saw, When second computer from same connection connects to server while the first computer playing, game kicks the fist computer. Then First connects back manually and there is no problem. lol

That's because you're using the same IP probably from the same port also due to playing on LAN. Just use a different port on one of the computers and you'll be good to go.
