why would 44 among 45 servers use default weapons only? I've been playing for some months now and I would always get all my unlocked weapons in all the servers. It all started as soon as this downtime(major update) started. Just like I regained my lost rank, I'm really hoping to get my weapons as well.

It's probably not server sided. I have the same bug on my solider since it has (1) after the name. I can't join any normal server, just ones that have the "no weapons/unlocks bug"

yes the soldiers renamed with a (1) are being kicked out with a connection error message.
but i was able to join some server but cant re join again.Any help?

I've looked at some of these issues and it seems that the backend is not correctly responding to some querys and also there seems to be an issue where the name of a soldier with a "(1)" isn't correctly sent to the gameserver.

For example TXN=NuLookupUserInfo which will be sent with the incorrect username will return an empty result. The server will then kick the player.

I couldn't reproduce a case where someone can join the server but has empty stats, but that maybe has to do with a invalid/wrong userId returned which will result in the wrong stats being loaded or has to do with some other thing that I have noticed where the backend would send back that I have no permission to access stats data (manual testing with a simple, before working, but badly written script).
There used to be a signature here.

I have exactly same problem, and my nick seem to have (1) too. I can't log in to any server because of this.

No stats might be when it says connection lost, I press ok. It goes to loading screen. It loads, black screen, drops out and connection lost again?

That happens when the lookup doesn't work.
