Connection to Project Rome Master Server has been lost

First of all, I new in here

This happen on me everyday. Every time i connect to BFBC2 Nexus, i cant join any server completely.
Already Add ports
Firewall Exclusion
Antivirus Protection
-ping interval 50000
None of them makes any effects.
When i make a new soldier : it loads perfectly without problem. If i use the old one, bad thing Happens, i DO able to find any servers, but i cant join any of them + when sitting idle in main menu, it disconnected by itself : "Connection to Project Rome Master Server has been lost" & Connection to the server has been lost.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try deleting GameSettings.bin in Documents/BFBC2

tried but didnt help, still cant connect

Already did that.Everytime i login, it got disconnected by itself. Even if i can join a server, it will disconnect when map loading is done

Well, either you're using a non-legit version of your network is messed up.
Try using another machine if possible.

About the restriction: It will be auto-removed once you have some more posts and is there in order to prevent spambots from posting links.

I think ISP is not the problem because i can play perfectly on other online game like World of Tanks. Non-legit/Legit have same characteristic since R11 update. 1 More strange things that i can play perfectly at 08.00-14.00 but got worse at 15.00-20.00. If anyone have answer : why my new soldier plays smoothly while the old one so laggy ? (My only hypothesis is only after i jump out from (VN) Hochiminh server, & i think i need to join that server again. But .... How can i join if disconnected all times ?)
