Accidentaly of course....
Uhm .... It was level 30
I want to ask you if you can get me the character back...

While Nexus surely has backups, NoFaTe won't restore single Soldiers/stats lost.

Once lost, there is no way to restore the soldier.

Create a new one.

It's impossible, as we do not keep any backups of user stats.
