What server version are you using ? You might have a corrupted set of files.
Otherwise try adding these to your starting parameters:
"-displayErrors 0 -displayAsserts 0"

Version: R32
of the error so after two or three maps with full server

Stop the server, open the properties of your link and add the two parameters in the "path"-line
Then try it again. The errors should be ignored automatically and the server will keep running.
Unless the server encounters a fatal error it will continue running.

ok
exemple :
C:\SERVIDORES\bfbc2-nexus\Frost.Game.Main_Win32_Final.exe -serverInstancePath "Instance/" -mapPack2Enabled 1 -port 19567 -timeStampLogNames -region OC -heartBeatInterval 20000 -displayErrors 0-displayAsserts 0
and that?

Just like that. Did you try it yet ?
There must be another space between the "0" and the "display.."
Then run the server again and please report tomorrow whether the server did run fine or you encountered another error.

Jest remember - these parameters don't prevent the errors, they just hide them. If you need to diagnose some other problems with your server it's best to remove them.

FYI: Just like CactusPie said, the errors will continue occuring but they wont stop your server anymore.
We try to figure out how to fix the errors and will be releasing a patch when it has been solved..
