i have the steam V of BFBC2 and i dont have a BFBC2.exe updater i have reinstalled and check cache

You don't need it, you can download the R11 patch legally online, just Google for "bfbc2 r11".

If you have the Steam version, your game should already be up-to-date anyway. Steam always auto-updates the game to the latest version.
