Master server unavailable

I cant connect to the master server I checked that server is up, i have no firewall, and i have active internet connection. So what can be the problem? Yesterday i played and it worked fine but now it doesint work.

I checked and the servers are online. But sometimes the game works, sometimes the game doesint work.
