Unable to connect

Hello,
i've created my account here before cca. 5 hours but I am not possible to log in now. I tried to combine username+password and e-mail+password but none of them worked. Please, tel me what should i do.

Did you place our client hook into your BFBC2 game folder ?

If you didn't your game tries to connect to the EA Plasma server.

If you did place it and the error is still showing up proceed and delete your GameSettings.bin file in your MyDocuments/BFBC2 folder.

Yes, i've placed file named "dinput8.dll" into game folder and i've also deleted whole folder in Documents...
Did i miss anything?

dealeating the entire folder was not required....


If the game starts up; try logging in if that fails make sure your AV/Firewall is allowing it threw (just disable it for like 5 minutes and try)
