How to equip gadgets?

I just unlocked the repair tool and the ammo box on one server.However when I play on other server I can't equip them.If I go back to the server where I unlocked them I equip them automatically.How can I equip it on other servers?It's not on the list where you choose weapons and gadgets

The other server most likely has restrictions. Your unlocks should be with you any server you play on.

I'm pretty sure you start with the repair tool, you need to be an engineer to use it. On the other hand if you want to use the ammo box you need to use the assault class.

When I played engineer for the first time there was no repair tool and I needed like 1400 exp just to get it.By the way unlocks are working now
