For number 1 topic:I see that the SPECACT weapons and classes are already unlocked in the game.What happens if I bought the SPECACT upgrade from Origin?

For number 2 topic:I always crash when I am connecting to a Vietnam expansion server.I'm not using a NoSteam release.

Your Origami Unlocks/etc. are not realted to Nexus and will not influence anything.
Concerning your crash: We don't support pirated releases.

EDIT: Didn't read properly >.> As Vietnam maps were published within the R11 patch, you should probably reinstall the game and use the manual updater, as Kerrigan said.

He said he ISN'T USING a nonsteam release and even asked what would happen if he were to buy DLC for the game from Origin. I fail to see the reason why his release is pirated

Well, we heard about some issues with the Steam/Origin releases..

When you have bought the DLC it doesn't matter, it will remain unlocked in our servers since SPECACT is unlocked master-server-side.

Concerning your crash: Try to delete the GameSettings.bin file once in your Documents/BFBC2 folder. Otherwise try to patch/downgrade the game with the R11 patch manually. Just give it a try.
