Can't Find Servers

Basically, what the title said, and no, before you ask me to read the FAQ, yes I have. I've set it up for my anti-virus and firewall, still no-go (and no, I'm not using noSTEAM)

I actually just changed my ISP for the third time, but I remembered when I was using my old ISP, I never had this problem. With the second ISP I never had this problem also, but as I switched to my old one after that, this problem started occuring (and I never played Rome after that). Now, as I changed to a third ISP (which is basically just an upgraded version of the second one), this problem still occurs.

The last I haven't done is port-forwarding, which is a bit tough for me. Can anyone give me a tutorial? It's very complicated (using a CISCO modem)

try connecting from modem to PC for a short period just as a test; when you do this you will have to power down your modem (1 minute) & restart it after its plugged into your PC.

Then try rome if it works then we know its your router if not then its your PC or ISP.

p.s. after the test reconnect the router as it provides security for your network.

Since every router is different I would check this site: http://portforward.com/
But basicly you have to search for 'Portforward', 'Portforwarding', 'Forward Ports' or something like that in your router webinterface.
