Failed to login soldier ! Help !

I try several times to login but , i didnt and i just saw "failed to login soldier" please help
my soldier name "babanko"
i tried new account then i saw this problem again , i want my old soldier ,
sorry for my english

Your soldier (Lvl 31) still exists. Please delete the game cache (GameSettings.bin in Documents/BFBC2) and re-enter your username/password.

I tried it but still not working and same error "failed to login"
I tried login to other account and still not working

NoFaTe is currently busy with other things, but you can either ask the Tech Support (CactusPie and Imposter) or me.
If it just says "Failed to login", please check if you are using the hook version 866 (
bf/?download), if your ports are forwarded (
bf/?faq) and make sure you're not using any NOSteam/etc releases.

I am using NOSteam release so that is the problem.
Where am i download the game ? can you help found torrent to me and which patches should be installed ?
