some time ago i already made the same topic as this, but my problem got solved without reason. Right now i have the same problem and I dont know what to do. So basicly:
*its like a curse, when i give my friend to play this game he has no lag and it works wel lol ( he comes at me like every month).
*but right now when i connect any of server i have NO GAME LAG, but its like a ping (~250ping) , the biggest problem of it is i cant play, when i run some distance and stop and do nothing, my character starts slowly moving by itself, sometimes jumps slowly around the area and i get killed assap. all the time it was great, but right now its bad, maybe because of this server connections? please review and try to fix it, because my internet is fest enough, already tested, everything works great, but Bf2 not anymore..... ( you dont know how angry someone can be when its not able to play normally........) thanks.
( yes, i tried the lowest ping servers (50-70ping), still the same). also feels the different between loading server list, in old times, it was quick, now it takes like 7 second to load them all.

P.S. Please do not answer like ( your internet is slow, that depends because you are from lithuania, far from the server), -> NO, its not. always beeen perfect. played any server before on nexus without lag.

We didn't change anything on our end related to network stability, so it must be either your system or your provider.
You would need to investigate some things (try with another PC/on another network) to be able to identify the cause.

If it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, then it's most likely your ISP's fault.
