Hello ! it seems i can no longer log in to my old account. i tried to recover my password for the username : alfamlg and email adress : andyrkiller@gmail. com and i recieved the following error The e-mail/username information submitted could not be found.
I am running on the latest build(version).I tried to mail but the email was instantly rejected.Please help,i worked a lot for the unlocks on that account

If it says that it couldn't be found, maybe you used a different email?

The user "alfamlg" does not exist in the nexus user database. As we don't delete any users, you probably made a typo.

I highly doubt it guys... how can we solve this..i dont try to make any scam here,i just want my old account back.I can prove that was my email.Are there any accounts linked to my mail ? except the one i am posting from ?

Well, as I said: The user "alfamlg" is not present in out user database. I searched for it.
Also, you can only register once with your e-mail, so there can't be a second account with the same e-mail.
And to be 100% sure, I looked for accounts that used your IP address, but I only found the one you are using now ("redorangevodka").

Sorry, but your account does not exist (anymore).

Which August? This year? Then your account was lost at some point, maybe the downtime where some things needed to be restored (forgot when this happened).

Come on guys,you emulated EA like servers and you can't retrieve some lost account ? Or at least can i get the unlocks i had on that account on this one with a little help from you ?

There was a server crash several months back and some people lost their stats and accounts. If your account can't be retrieved, it's not Nexus' fault. They did emulate the EA servers but that doesn't mean they have the resources to keep on par with them at all time. Besides, EA wouldn't even try to fix your account for you and would probably make you call some phone number to tell them your issue. You can't get your old account back if it's lost and not in the database like RobbingHood said and boosting XP is prohibited so I am sorry, but you'll just have to work your way back up again. Besides, it doesnt take long to unlock the essentials. It's not like Battlefield 3 where there's tons of attachments and gun customization to be had. You unlock 4 specs you use on every class and you're done.
