can someone tell me how to change my server xp rates ? and how to let the server enable xp while few players on the server ?

Both not possible

The second one is possible , like i changed the messages if there is no enough players. (See my signature)

Guys i need just someone to tell me how to enable scoring , everytime 1 or 2 join the server they leave bz no scoring available .

i tested alot of servers their scoring working just fine even if 1 player in it .

Because the Scoring already started but players disconnected , it didn't disabled the scoring.
