Hello I have a little problem, when I enter the game my soldier is like lvl 1 when I join a server it goes back to normal but when I try to see my stats menu nothing appears, wanted to see my achievements ...

This problem is caused by your avatar, you see, in that picture I guess that you have only one tooth, and this interferes with your stats, put more teeth and you should level up easy.

maybe deleting the gamesettings.bin helps at Documents > BFBC2
