Hello admin ,, i've signed in today and i had dissconnected from server then i resign in and i found my soldier level 1 ???
why ??

Delete the folder BFBC2 in your Documents folder.
Then, play 1 complete round.
If that doesn't help, there's nothing we can do for you.

same here, my rank was 29 but when i logged in after a connection loss it went down to 1 , reconnected again but no changes. is there any way to get back my old progress?

sorry, i guess u posted when i was typing my post, anyway erasing bfbc2 folder did nothing so i guess i need to start over again

The servers are unstable at the moment.
I recommend everyone to NOT PLAY now.
Wait until they are completely up again. Maybe your stats will be restored then.
