BF2 can't login

Hi guyz,
i have an account and i logged in the game and i can see servers but when i connect to any server it keep saying loading and nothing happens i said maybe cause it's the first time but i left it loading for about 15 mins and nothing happened ....
So any solution or suggestions for my problem ?!

BF2 or BC2 ?
Be more precise.....
Try to delete your GameSettings.bin file in your "Documents/BFBC2" directory.

well ....
now i can join servers but still need about 10 mins to load a map on the other hand i talk to a friend whoile loading he gets in the map before me and sometimes i can't join the game

Sounds like blocked ports or an awful PC.
Is your firewall blocking your connection ?
May your router be blocking necessary ports ?

i really dunno i'll turn off the firewall now if it's opened but i don't know anything about ports

well i says ,
"These settings are being manged by vendor application Norton Internet Security "
but I think it's offline cause there are red shield with a cross in it

How about using Google ?
1. Google the BFBC2 Ports
2. Google "Port forwarding"
3. Look if this applies to your situation.
4. Profit.

Also there are countries in which our service is simply unavailable due to blocking it by their government (North Korea, Iran, etc..)
