problem with the servers

any server that im joining its loading and then it says the conaction with the server have been lost... what to do???? plz help

Means that the server is full. Try choosing a server with <25 people.
If that doesn't help, try the following:

do you have more options ?? plz maybe i need the nosteam torrent? and not the reloaded??

If you don't use a crack, rld should work fine.
Have you also forwarded your ports? Checked your AV? Checked your firewall?

i have modem so i cant open ports.. what is AV? and firewall is set.

AV = antivirus

yes i do have modem my modem is D-LINK DWA-140 and AV is set but i cant enter the site

Depends on what AV you have. Don't disable it, add an exception for BBC2.

ok now i can enter the site but i need password for this
http://192.168.1.1 the password is defult like: ADMIN123 or somthing like that do you know what is the defult password?
and every time that im entering the game the AV says:(i have ESET NODE 32) addres has been blocked

Like RobbingHood said, you have to add an exception for Rome and the IPs it is connecting to.
Check your error messages and add the necessary exceptions.
Also add exceptions for the game executable in your firewall.
