how to set instant vehicle spawn or maybe less delay vehicle spawn and much more (like delay re spawn,ticket,ticket drain) i use PROCON
and the second is how to set my server to 2 people start?? hard for me to get 4 player! (BORING TO WAIT).. :3 soo it's more easy to play..
and you know bfbc 2 server cna be modded but how. .

The thing you cannot set up with ProCon can only be achieved using the ModTools V2:
viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1420And setting the minimum player limit to a value <4 is not possible (and probably won't ever be).

owh... ok ok i not want to boosting but i just boring for wait 4 people and i wnat to play with my friend

If you want to play with a friend online you will find plenty of servers which are crowded.
Otherwise use the MASE:BC2 emulator from Triver.
It will provide you an offline LAN solution where you can unlock everything with a single configuration in the emulators' settings file.
No details will be given about setting up the emulator and any further requirements.
