from the download page.... save my life plzz

and game ran and everything went good, BUUUUT while map loading it takes forever and doesn't open the server....
i tried in many servers.... HELP ME PLZ

I managed to download the client from download page.... but LOADING MAP PROBLEM STILL.......

help me plz plz the game took me a lot to download and im really wanna try that game!!!!
