i used my account to login and then created the solider but it asks for a clan what should i do

You can write a clantag, but if you don't set a clantag your name will be ingame: [Invalid]3bdoooz

it says " failed to login solider "

please help

Any special letters in your password/username maybe (also spaces)?

I have the same problem. After I login (with my email) and select soldier, it says "Updating your stats" then "Failed to login soldier". I tried with and without a clan name it's still the same.

Don't use the special character in your soldier name.

The ")" is causing the problem obv.

Delete the soldier, create a new one.

Yes I already solved the problem. I came to post how I did it then saw your reply. So I created another soldier with the name Red_Devil and it worked. I thought that only the login should not have any spaces and special character but the soldier also.
