But in my case, it has reseted.

Might happen when the server crashes while you are playing. While they are reset, DO NOT play. Delete GameSettings.bin in Documents/BFBC2 and restart the game. Then, finish 1 round on a normal server (not .CKZ).

There is no file or i can't find it in BFBC2...

The file is in the "Documents" library in BFBC2.
If you have Windows 7 or 8, look right to the side of Windows Explorer, the "Documents" folder/library is listed under "Libraries".
For XP, I don't know, but it should be similar.
